Preventive maintenance
Preventive maintenance prevents malfunctions as much as possible. We have more than 20 years of experience in developing and maintaining our own laboratory (automation) equipment as well as third-party equipment. Together with the customer, we determine what important aspects of the machine are and draw up a maintenance programme. This way, the maintenance is always machine-specific which leads to the best results.
Malfunctions
In the unlikely event of a breakdown, you can also come to us. To minimise downtime in your laboratory, we recommend taking out a service contract with us. This ensures that we will be with you within an agreed time frame to solve the malfunction and we have important spare parts for your equipment in stock.

Besides servicing our own equipment, we also do maintenance on BD Kiestra's food safety and water equipment. We are trained by BD Kiestra for this purpose. We can do maintenance for the following BD Kiestra equipment:

Manufacture of discontinued parts
If a part of your machine is no longer available, in most cases we can manufacture this part ourselves in our machine factory. We can also provide any modifications to parts for your machine. We always have materials in stock and have a high-tech machine factory including CNC milling and turning lathes where everything can be manufactured.
If a drive component is no longer available, we will look for a replacement and can make electronic or software modifications if necessary. In this way, we ensure that you can focus on your core business.
