Operation of the equipment
The rennet tester consists of a unit with 8 rollers which are driven by an electric motor. A maximum of 7 test tubes can be placed on the rolls.
The rennet tester is placed against the supplied water bath with adjustable temperature. The test tubes will hang in the water bath and will start to rotate slowly when the rennet tester is started.
A separate rack is also included in which 8 test tubes can be placed upright.
