About AAA Lab Service B.V.
AAA Lab Service B.V. is based in Roelofarendsveen and is active in maintenance, service, and technology for our own laboratory equipment used in food safety, dairy, and water laboratories. In addition, within AAA Lab Service B.V., we also design, produce, and install various other types of laboratory equipment, including customer-specific special solutions on request.
We are a technically driven organization with short lines of communication, a pleasant working atmosphere, and plenty of room for initiative, development, and craftsmanship. What will you do?
As a Mechatronics Technician / Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, building, improving, and commissioning machines, production lines, and installations.
You will solve malfunctions, contribute ideas for technical improvements, and coordinate with customers and colleagues on smart and sustainable solutions.
Your activities will include:
- performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and installations
- analyzing and resolving malfunctions, both on-site at customer locations and in our own workshop
- assembling, building, and commissioning machines, production lines, and installations
- carrying out mechanical and electrical work
- assembly and wiring of electrical equipment
- contributing ideas for technical improvements and optimization of machines and processes
- coordinating technical solutions with customers and colleagues
- regularly working on-site both domestically and abroad, within Europe (on average approximately 15 weeks per year, from Monday through Friday each time)
Who are we looking for?
For this position, we are looking for a technically strong professional with experience, a sense of responsibility, and a practical mindset. Someone who not only solves malfunctions, but also thinks along about how things can be improved, made smarter, and more efficient.
In addition to working independently, we believe it is important that you collaborate well with colleagues. Especially in the field and within projects, coordination is essential to achieve the best technical solutions together.
You have:
- an mbo level 4 or bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, preferably with a strong foundation in electronics
- relevant work experience as a mechatronics technician, service technician, engineer, or in machine construction
- knowledge of both mechanical and electrical work
- affinity with control technology, PLCs, computers, databases, and industrial automation
- an independent, proactive, and hands-on attitude, while also being able to work well in a team
- a sense of responsibility and the motivation to keep developing yourself
- good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written (level B1/B2)
- good command of the English language
- driving licence B
- willingness to travel within Europe for service and installation work
Affinity with robotics, cobots, Vision, and AI is welcome, but not a hard requirement.

- a market-based gross monthly salary of € 3,500 to € 4,700, depending on knowledge and experience
